As Vice President of Operations, Rachelle provides strategic leadership across Kidango’s operations, including program development, enrollment, facilities, nutrition, administrative services, procurement, fleet management, and new center development. She works closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to advance organizational goals, strengthen operational performance, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

With a strong commitment to compliance, safety, risk management, and fiscal stewardship, Rachelle leads teams and initiatives that help ensure Kidango’s programs and facilities operate safely, efficiently, and effectively.

Rachelle began her career with Kidango in 1998 and has dedicated her entire professional career to the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Studies, with an emphasis in Communicative Disorders, from San Diego State University.

For Rachelle, Kidango is more than a career – it is a mission she has believed in for nearly three decades. She is deeply committed to Kidango’s vision and mission and to ensuring that children, families, and staff have the support and opportunities they need to be ready for school and life.
