As Kidango’s Chief People Officer, Grant is responsible for overseeing the agency’s human resources functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, professional learning and development, employee relations, people culture and engagement, and compliance.

Prior to joining Kidango, Grant has served in executive HR leadership roles with various non-profit and governmental agencies including Aspiranet, AC Transit, the Santa Clara Valley Water District, and the California Public Utilities Commission.

Grant is a lifelong Bay Area native, and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from San Francisco State University. He is also fluent in English and Cantonese.
