About This Center
Our preschool starts with a research-based curriculum and outstanding teachers you can trust to prepare your child for kindergarten and a lifetime of learning. Our program serves children with differing abilities. We have been in collaboration with the Alum Rock School District for over 10 years and run a full Inclusion Program. All of our teachers earned their college degrees in Child Development, hold the highest Child Development Permits, and has been working in the Early Childhood Education field from 6 years to 32 plus years. We have ongoing family engagements and provide family resources. We always welcome parent volunteers in the classroom and the sharing of their family cultures. We worked together as one family and support each other!

Meet Our Regional Director
Monisha Pandit

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) Credentials from UC Santa Cruz. I bring over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education across India, the U.K., and the U.S. I have led and supported programs grounded in Montessori, Reggio-inspired, play-based learning, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Early Years / Primary Years Program, bringing a strong global perspective to curriculum, environment design, and educator development. My focus is to support Center Directors and teams in creating nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. I look forward to partnering together to support each child’s growth and success.
