Favorite childhood memory: One of my favorite childhood memories is gathering my neighbors and teaching them how to read and write. Even at a young age, I loved being a “teacher.” We would spend hours learning together, laughing, and having fun.
After our lessons, we enjoyed playing outdoors, swimming in the river, and spending time together after school, especially on weekends. Those moments of learning, friendship, and joy shaped my passion for education and community.

Monisha Pandit

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Science degree, and Early Childhood Education (ECE) Credentials from UC Santa Cruz. I bring over 25 years of experience in Early Childhood Education across India, the U.K., and the U.S. I have led and supported programs grounded in Montessori, Reggio-inspired, play-based learning, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Early Years / Primary Years Program, bringing a strong global perspective to curriculum, environment design, and educator development. My focus is to support Center Directors and teams in creating nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality environments where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. I look forward to partnering together to support each child’s growth and success.
