Nondiscrimination Policy

As used in this resolution, the term “human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) status” includes any perception that a person is suffering from the medical condition commonly referred to as AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome) or ARC (AIDS-related condition).
